We talk to people who have made their mark as coaches, players, scouts, officials and business people after coming from small towns or little known communities or neighborhoods. We talk to people who are seeking to establish their reputation and break into sports career success. With a fan's perspective we look at how to encourage and support people who have that sporting dream.

NCMC Men and Women Compete in NJCAA National Basketball Tournaments
A late night report on March 20, 2025 action from Danville, Illinois where the NCMC Men played a quarterfinal game in the national tournament. Also a report on the Women's game completed Wednesday, March 19 in Joplin, MIssouri. Some crowd sound and some observations on the action on the court! This is an entirely different type of episode designed to convey some depth of information on the games being played by our local nationally ranked NCMC basketball teams.
