Show-Me Sports Legacies
Show-Me Sports Legacies takes a story approach to learning about high school, junior college, D2 & D1 college sports and our beloved professional franchises in Kansas City and St. Louis. We talk to people who have made their mark as coaches, players, scouts, officials and business people after coming from small towns or little known communities or neighborhoods. We talk to people who are seeking to establish their reputation and break into sports career success. With a fan's perspective we look at how to encourage and support people who have that sporting dream.

College Football & KTTN's Fearless Forecasters Since 1969!
KTTN's Fearless Forecasters show has been on the air since 1969. It is Missouri's longest running radio program dedicated to forecasting college football and one of the oldest in the nation. The term Fearless Forecasters is common now, but as of the program's launch in 1969 there was only a Fearless Forecaster Newspaper Columnist in North Carolina that predates that term (by just one year, 1968!) in the world of college sports! Originally broadcast on KTTN-AM, it now airs on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. on KTTN-FM 92.3 during the football season. Our panel including several forecasters from different eras of the show and it's longtime moderator, John Anthony. Hear Dr. John Holcomb, Allan Quilty, Chad Boyd and Mark Ferguson talk about college football & give some history of the panelists which originally included legendary local football and basketball coaches such as C.F. Russell and Bill Ausmus. A highlight of the show occurs midway when we unveil the first public airing of the infamous and legendary underground prank episode starring former bank sponsor Jim Cox...you will laugh out loud and remind yourself how much fun college football can be when you listen to the Fearless Forecasters!
